Prices . . .
All prices are FOB Truxton, MO. Prices are based on current market
conditions and are subject to change without notice.
Orders . . .
Orders are booked subject to crop
growing conditions and with the understanding that orders shall be void
should injury befall stock from drought, fire, hail, errors in count or
any other causes beyond our control. No orders for future delivery will
be accepted until current account is paid in full.
Terms . . .
Our regular terms are Net 30
to all established customers with record of prompt payment. Where
credit has not been established with us, a deposit of 30% is required
with the order and balance is due prior to shipment. New accounts will
be cash until credit is approved. A service charge of 2% per month will
be charge don all past due accounts.
Credit . . .
All customers desiring to establish an open account will be required to
complete a confidential credit application.
Claims . . .
Claims for any causes must be
made promptly upon receipt of stock. All claims must be followed in
writing within 5 days to be considered. Discrepancies in size, quantity
and quality must be written on the delivery receipt at the time of
delivery. Please help us bring you better products by inspecting all
deliveries thoroughly and immediately. |
Warranty . . .
Woodcliffe Farms, Inc. warrants that all nursery stock is true to
name and in good healthy condition when leaving the nursery. All
nursery stock has been grown in the Truxton area. Woodcliffe Farms,
Inc. makes no other warranty expressed or implied as to the
productiveness to the growth secured in transplanting or any
consequential damages.
Grades . . .
All nursery stock will be dug
and shipped according to A.A.N. standards as set forth in the American
Standard for Nursery Stock as approved on October 27, 1980.
SHIPPING AND FREIGHT
Shipping . . .
Woodcliffe Farms, Inc. will not
be responsible for loss, damage or delay in transit. Freight charges
are due upon delivery. We ship material via your truck, our truck or
common carrier, whichever you prefer. If specific instructions are not
give, we will ship best way.
Freight charges are due
upon delivery. Customer must provide adequate unloading help.
Most carriers request
customers to provide adequate unloading help to facilitate prompt
unloading of truck.
